昆明杂酱米线
以每天现熬走地鸡汤为基底加上秘制杂酱,加了肥肠和毛血旺就是老云南的肠旺米线(不做成肠旺米线是因为大肠和毛血旺太难处理),内含猪肉 . The base of this dish is freshly cooked free-range chicken soup every day, with a secret blend of minced meat sauce. Adding large intestines and blood tofu, it becomes the classic Yunnan-style Chángwàng Rice Noodles. (It's not made into rice noodles because the large intestines and blood tofu are too difficult to handle.) It contains pork.
