味道不错，量很足，很实惠。新中华的菜吧，即使是菜名一样，烹调方式也往往跟其他餐馆不一样。而且辣菜都不是很辣。 香橙鸡：美式中餐风格。酸酸甜甜挺好吃。 雪菜肉丝：说是雪菜加笋丝炖肉丝更恰当一些。味道清爽。肉丝很嫩。 回锅肉：并非川菜风格的回锅肉。不辣。肉这次炒的有点老。肉皮上没有一点毛这是优点。 椒盐鲜鱿：带有小辣椒丁葱蒜末调味的花切炸鱿鱼。微辣。 上海咸肉菜饭：健康版菜米饭。口味不是很重。

食品質素每况愈下, 客家豆腐和清炒魚片, 兩個不同的餸居然是一模一樣的配料, 其中客家豆腐沒有註明是辣的, 但是味道是麻辣的, 對於不吃辣的我根本吃不下

Not the food I ordered. I specified deep fried with no veggies this is not that.
