平常我是不怎么评论菜品的，这次不得不说。香锅牛腩很棒，有国内百分之九十的味道了。 热油泼过的辣椒和花椒很好的融合了肉的味道，筷子夹起肉的一瞬把油和肉的香味都带入口腔！ 不足的点可能还是成本控制的问题：淀粉勾芡导致层次不足，所有的东西到嘴里几乎都是一个味道，可以少一点笋多一点土豆或者芋头一类的东西。 这道菜可以作为主推放在外卖榜前几提高销量！

辣度有点过高了。不是接不接受得了的问题，本来就是炒饭当主食吃的不该有这么高的辣度。其次是已经掩盖掉腊肉的烟熏香味了。希望辣椒直接减半。
