Vegan ice cream made with oat milk, spiced BC apples and crispy vegan churros mixed in.

Miso ice cream mixed in with caramelized pecans using Panela (dark organic raw cane sugar) from Peru and an additional touch of miso. Savoury and sweet at its finest!

Adapted from the recipe of the ever so talented Metate bakeshop, pieces of Tres Leches sponge cake were folded into our milk ice cream. We used Butterfly Pea Flower tea leaves to give the cake its colour and finished it off by swirling in a house made mixed berries sauce.

Costa Rican coffee (from our friends at Invito Coffee) sweeten with house-made Dulce de Leche. We won't judge if you want to have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
